Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange or Return Policy: –

We care about providing perfect experiment to you so exchange or return requests are done easily on our site. Exchange or Return Policy of Al Bustan Nurseries subject to the following conditions: –

1- The client must send an exchange or return request by entering to his request’s icon in his account on our site then he must determine the product and follow the steps of return, exchange or communicate through our Email or he can communicate with our technical support to know the required steps.

2- The client commits to maintaining the safety of the product that he wants to exchange or return because if we notice that there is any damage to the product, we will not accept the client’s exchange or return request.

3- The client commits to inform us of a good reason for his exchange or return request during order creation.

4- Our employees will make comprehensive and accurate check-ups to the client’s request and we will notify him if we accept or reject his request.

5- We hope that you know that the living plants that you have bought from our site are non-exchangeable or non-returnable to prevent the transmission of diseases and viruses.

6- When you want to make an exchange or return request for garden tools and supplies, this must be done within 24 hours only of receiving the product.

 

What are the conditions for accepting the client’s exchange or return request?

  1. A) If you have received a product that has obvious spoilage or damage.
  2. B) If the product that you have received does not match the description mentioned on our site.
  3. C) If you have received a product that is not the same product that you have ordered from our site.

 

What are the conditions for not accepting the client’s exchange or return request?

A- If the product we received is intact and has no obvious corruption or damage in it.

B- If it has passed more than 24 hours for buying garden tools and supplies.

C- If you buy seedlings or living plants.

 

The Mechanism of returning the paid amounts: –

If the client’s return request is approved, in this case, we will return the paid amounts within 15 working days from the time of accepting the return request to the same payment method that the client made a purchase through it from our site or we may return the amount as a balance in the client’s account as soon as we received the product.
